THE 6 STEPS

A guided installation, from site preparation to swimming

1

PREPARATION

Choose and prepare the site

  • Choose a perfectly level, stable and clean surface suitable for the weight of the filled pool.
  • Remove stones, branches, roots and objects that could damage the floor.
  • Allow enough space around the pool for access and equipment.
  • Check access to water and a compliant power supply.
  • For a terrace or built platform, have its load capacity checked before installation.
  • Do not correct a significant slope with sand or loose soil.
The ground determines pool stability

If the first few centimetres of water reveal an uneven level, stop filling and correct the site before continuing.

2

UNFOLDING

Protect the ground and unfold the pool

  • Install suitable ground protection.
  • Remove and gradually unfold the pool without dragging it.
  • One person can complete the installation.
  • For Ø 5 m and Ø 6 m, a second person is recommended to make positioning easier.
  • Point the connections toward the planned filtration location.
  • Check the floor, walls, valves and connections before inflation.
  • Do not unfold or inflate the pool in strong winds.
4

FILLING

Fill gradually and check the level

  1. Fill only the first few centimetres initially.
  2. Check that the waterline is even all around.
  3. If water gathers on one side, stop, empty the pool and correct the ground.
  4. Smooth accessible creases at the start of filling.
  5. Continue gradually while checking stability and wall alignment.
  6. Observe the maximum level stated in the instructions.
Never move a pool containing water

Water is extremely heavy. Any site correction must be made with the pool completely empty.

5

Filtration

Prepare and connect the filtration system

  1. Place the filter on a stable surface at the safety distance stated in its instructions.
  2. Fill it with standard filter sand or compatible filter glass.
  3. Use a grain size of around 0.6 mm and the specified quantity.
  4. Connect the inlet and outlet hoses.
  5. Check seals and tighten connections without forcing them.
  6. Prime the system according to its instructions.
  7. Check for leaks before normal operation.
Filter medium not included

Purchase compatible filter sand or glass separately. The exact quantity depends on the filter model.

Electrical safety

Use an earthed outlet protected by a suitable residual-current device. Follow the safety distances in the instructions and avoid extension leads.

6

WATER QUALITY

Test and treat the water

  1. Measure pH and chlorine with test strips or a drop test kit.
  2. Adjust pH gradually according to the product instructions.
  3. Place a slow-dissolving chlorine tablet in a suitable floating dispenser.
  4. Adjust the dispenser for the pool volume and manufacturer guidance.
  5. Run the filtration system according to its instructions.
  6. Test the water regularly, especially after hot weather, storms or heavy use.
Never place a tablet directly in the pool

Prolonged contact with the floor or wall can damage or discolour the lining.

Never mix products

Chlorine, pH adjusters and other treatments must be stored and dosed separately. Follow each label.

Important precautions

Essential checks

Ground and water weight +

The surface must remain stable under the filled pool. If unsure about a terrace or prepared ground, consult a qualified professional.

Pressure and high temperatures +

Check pressure when outdoor temperature changes significantly. Never exceed 12 PSI.

Wind and weather +

Do not unfold or inflate in strong winds. Secure light equipment and follow the instructions during bad weather.

Electrical safety +

Follow the distances, protective measures and conditions of use in the pool and filtration instructions.

Child safety +

Never leave a child unattended, even briefly. Secure pool access with equipment suited to your installation.

Water-treatment products +

Keep each product in its original packaging away from heat and moisture. Never mix chlorinated products with pH adjusters or other treatments.
